Privacy Policy

Updated: October 11, 2026

Corris Advisory, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, "Corris," "Corris Advisory", the "Company," "We," or "Us") thank you for visiting the online and mobile resources we publish. This privacy policy informs you about the types of personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and why, and what we do to try to protect it.

Who We Collect Personal Information From

We may collect personal information from: visitors to and users of our online and mobile resources; our customers; current members of our workforce and those who apply for posted jobs; and third-party vendors and business partners. Personal information generally means information that can be used to identify you or that can be easily linked to you (e.g., your name, address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth).

What We Collect

There are two types of information we obtain: (i) non-personal information collected automatically from each visitor; and (ii) personal information you voluntarily provide or that is collected automatically. Voluntarily submitted information may include identifiers (name, email, physical address, phone number), professional information, and financial account information. We do not sell, rent, or trade voluntarily submitted personal information with third parties.

How User Data Is Used

We use your personal information to: respond to your inquiries and provide requested services; send appointment confirmations, meeting reminders, and follow-up communications; improve our website and services; comply with legal obligations; and communicate with you about our advisory services. We process your data based on your consent, our legitimate business interests, and our contractual obligations to you.

Automatically Collected Information

When you visit our online and mobile resources, basic information is passively collected through tracking technologies such as cookies. We use Google Analytics to analyze how you use our resources. You may opt out at: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. We also collect internet activity data including domain name, IP address, browser type, pages visited, and links accessed.

Cookies & Tracking Practices

We use cookies, pixel tags, and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity. These technologies help us analyze website traffic, personalize content, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. We use the following tracking services: Google Analytics (GA4), Microsoft Clarity (on select pages), Meta Pixel, and GoHighLevel/LeadConnector site tracking. Our application form is provided by Typeform, call scheduling by Calendly, and our videos are hosted by Wistia; these services may set their own cookies. We also store marketing-attribution cookies (the campaign and ad-click identifiers in the link you used to reach our site) for up to one year so we can understand which campaigns bring visitors to us. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of our website.

SMS Opt-In Details

When you provide your phone number and consent to receive SMS messages through our website forms, you are opting in to receive text messages from Corris Advisory. SMS messages may include appointment confirmations, meeting reminders, and follow-up communications related to our advisory services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance. Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of using our services or purchasing any products.

Mobile Information Sharing Statement

We do not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number, SMS consent, or any information collected through SMS communications to third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Your phone number and SMS-related data are shared only with our messaging service provider (currently Twilio/LeadConnector) solely for the purpose of delivering the messages you have consented to receive. This restriction applies to all SMS opt-in data regardless of how it was collected.

When/With Whom Do We Share Personal Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third-party data vendors or marketing companies. We may share information with affiliates, as legally required, to prevent harm, in connection with a business transfer, and with vendors and business partners under contractual obligations. We attempt to bind all such parties to appropriate data protection standards.

Data Security and Handling

We maintain a Security Program including technical, organizational, and administrative measures consistent with accepted industry standards. We use industry-standard encryption for data transmission and secure storage for personal information. We regularly review our data collection, storage, and processing practices. While we cannot guarantee absolute security, we commit to reasonable and appropriate protections and will notify you in the event of a material compromise.
